How to register and configure your own domain — required to use the platform
Custom Domains
Custom domains are required. link.superplural.com operates as a white-label platform — all bio links, short URLs and QR codes are generated under your domain. There are no shared subdomains or free default URLs.
Why is it required?
The platform follows a white-label model: you use the technology under your own brand. Every link carries your domain in the URL, strengthening brand trust and recognition.
How to set it up
Step 1 — Register the domain on the platform
- In the sidebar, click Domains
- Click New Domain
- Enter the full domain (e.g.
links.yourcompany.com) - Click Create
Step 2 — Add the CNAME in your DNS
- Type: CNAME
- Name / Host: links (or @ for root domain)
- Target / Value: link.superplural.com
- TTL: Auto
Step 3 — SSL
After DNS propagation, the SSL certificate is generated automatically. Wait 5–15 minutes for HTTPS to be active.
Cloudflare users
- Go to DNS → Records in your Cloudflare zone
- Add a CNAME:
links→link.superplural.com - Disable the proxy (orange cloud) — leave it as DNS only (grey cloud)
Common issues
- Domain not verified — wait for DNS propagation (up to 48h with some providers)
- Invalid SSL — disable Cloudflare proxy or wait a few more minutes
- 404 on links — confirm the CNAME points to
link.superplural.com
