Organize bio links, short URLs and QR codes into groups by client, brand or campaign

Projects

Projects let you organize all your content (Bio Links, short links and QR codes) into separate groups — ideal for managing multiple clients, brands or campaigns from a single account.

Creating a Project

  1. In the sidebar, click Projects
  2. Click New Project
  3. Set the project name (e.g. "Client A", "Summer 2025 Campaign")
  4. Optionally add a color for visual identification
  5. Save

Associating content with a Project

When creating or editing a Bio Link, Link or QR Code, select the desired project in the Project field. The content will be organized under that project.

Filtering by Project

At the top of each list (Bio Links, Links, QR Codes), use the project filter to show only content from a specific project.

Sharing with Teams

Projects can be shared with team members with specific read or edit permissions.
